Our project was to replace the 15-year-old water heater, and Brandon was a skilled gentleman who approached several difficult problems with experience and a calm demeanor! A second-floor unit on a 30-inch shelf, in a closet, and full of water was the challenge. He had tools and knowledge to remove most of the sediment and all of the water, weighing about 320 pounds. Then, the plumbing and electrical had to be re-arranged to fit the new water heater. Brandon kept his cool throughout. And the price was fair, compared to five other estimates. I'd do it again.
